Having retired from athletics after 10 years of training and competing internationally all over the world, I decided to pass on some of that knowledge and experience. By offering a personal fitness service to the public, I amassed a client base of over 40 people from all walks of life trying to achieve their fitness goals.   I then got 'the' phone call from Chelsea football club, and became professional football fitness coach. I returned to personal fitness coaching after 17 years in football. 
This is where I can make a difference. I am fully qualified as a R.E.P. Level 3 Personal Trainer.  With my years of experience and extensive knowledge, your training  can be 'tailored for you, to work for you', whether its just weight loss or a healthier lifestyle, doing a walk or run for charity.
 Setting goals is easy!  Achieving them is the hard part, and we all need a little bit of help along the way. It is easy to exercise, but if done effectively and efficiently you will maximise the benefit of time spent training and achieve those goals quicker than exercising on your own.
Every client's needs are assessed and a specialised program of training is devised.  The 'myth' of "he only works with fit people" is completely unfounded.
You don't need to be a member of a gym - this can be intimidating for some people to get fit.    All we need is a space for you to work out.  If the weather is fine we will take the exercises outside - I am a great believer in working out in the open, getting some fresh air whilst training whenever possible.  However, on days when the weather just doesn't permit it you can still get an all over cardio and muscle workout in the comfort of your own home!
